So, we were going to have loaded baked potatoes for dinner. But, baked potatoes take such a long time (at least in our oven) and we didn't feel like waiting that long. So, we decided to do loaded mashed potatoes instead, and since we don't peel the potatoes for mashed potatoes, they took less time. On top of the potatoes we put chicken (already grilled, from the freezer), broccoli (also pre-frozen), tomatoes, peppers, and homemade cheese sauce. It was yummy. :)
